Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your HexClad products in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included, and attach the return label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
